New Families
To join us from September, please complete our registration form to secure your child's place.
Existing Families
All existing families must re-register each academic year to continue accessing wraparound care. This ensures we have the most up-to-date information for your child and family.

How to Register (New & Existing Families)
• Download the registration form from our Booking Forms Page, or collect a pack from one of our settings.
• Complete the form and either: Email it to our office team, or hand it in to a team member at one of our settings - Please notify our office team by email if handing in any forms so we can confirm receipt.
• A £10 registration fee per family is required for the 2025–2026 academic year - An invoice will be sent once we receive your form.

 

Booking Sessions
• To book sessions, either: Complete our booking form (available on our website), or email our team with your required sessions.
•Sessions are allocated on a first come, first served basis. 

 

Session Fees

Our fees vary depending on the setting and sessions required.  Please email our office team with your child's school for the most up-to-date information.
